Dubai Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.
Abu Dhabi* Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.
Sharjah Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.
Ajman Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.
RAK Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.
Fujairah Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.
UAQ Free for orders above 300 AED. For orders under 300 AED a 50 AED surcharge will be applied on checkout. Same Day Delivery available if ordering by 12p.m. cut-off.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 p.m. are processed and dispatched the same day.All orders placed after will be dispatched the next day.All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

We do not ship perishable goods to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Sending packages to different addresses in the same order

We offer shipping to multiple addresses with our boxes. Once you are done creating your first item, you can select “Add Another Box” which will add your first item to your shopping cart and refresh the page so you can begin working on your next gift.

Please note that although you can add multiple items in the same order, if sent to separate address, the delivery policies mentioned above will be placed as per the address provided.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel the order prior to receiving the order, we can accept cancellations at any time prior the order has been dispatched. If an orderhas already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Lost package in transit

If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement of the items once the courier conducts their investigation and have considered the package lost.

Damaged package in transit

If a package is damaged during transit, a refund or replacement will be issued once the courier’s investigation is complete.

Returns

Due to nature of our goods being perishable and our boxes being customized as per the client, wo do not offer in exchanges or returns.Should there be an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@sendmehappiness.com.
